"Clean room and bathroom, all very well appointed. Beautiful dining area with a great breakfast and friendly staff. Got there early enough to benefit from the parking. Only constructive feedback I can offer is that it could do with a more prominent sign outside as I missed it and had to get out to find it. Great location for a short walk into the city centre. Would definitely return and highly recommend."

"I stayed here for convenience and proximity to my daughter, wh is at Uni. The property looked smart and interesting and most importantly value for money. I had a single room at the top so 3 lotsof stairs. The bed was very comfortable, the linen spotless, hot and powerful shower and adequately stocked tea tray. The temperature was comfortable abd despite some road noise, i slept well. I did not have breakfast, although the snell wafting to my room was tempting. Its a 10-15 minute walk...
