Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. The hotel and the room were both modern and clean. It was still a little basic. There were hardly any drawers in the room, none by the bed. The Gainsborough Bath Spa
Dated room facilities; shower one old showerhead with no handheld. This for a modern day hotel, especially a suite is poor and doesn’t reflect value. Breakfast choice was limited, free spa periods were overcrowded. Gym had old limited equipment and cobwebs in the corners and windows.
