"Made to order breakfast is advertised but since there is only one front desk agent on staff in the mornings it took me over 25 minutes just to get coffee made. So really unless you have a lot of time there is no breakfast. also there is no starbucks on site - the hotel serves starbuck coffee but no actual starbucks store is there on site. however staff was very helpful and respectful and did there best to accomodate us."

"I had stated this hotel multiple times and I have not been disappointed. There is a magic to this old hotel that you can't get anywhere else and I'm glad to see that there's still around providing an awesome service. I had a very comfortable stay and I received excellent service. Please stop providing gold peak ice tea because it is absolute garbage. It is not enough to have good food but the beverages have to matter too. Gold tea is a very cheap low quality blend of tea made by Coca Cola and it shows. Other than that you have a great service and I'm happy to stay with you again."
