"Très bel immeuble, de beaux appartements, bien entretenu et propres. Les logement sont spacieux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la tranquillité. Si je retourne à Nice, aucun doute que je réserverai à nouveau à cet endroit. Conseil au voyageur : soyez prudent avec google map, l'appli ne tag pas au bon endroit. Je vous conseille de valider sur google street view pour bien comprendre... Je recommande au gestionnaire d'ajuster l'emplacement sur google. J'ai moi même orienter...

"Very central location, we walked everywhere. Our balcony overlooked a pedestrian area, very lively and touristy, and very pleasant. Great breakfast (the pear tart....ooh lala!), although the space is a little tight, but they do let you take a tray to your room if you like to, which is a lovely treat. Excellent staff, very helpful. Our room had a kitchenette, and we loved it. Lots of restaurants and cafés nearby, and lots of shopping opportunities too."

"Initially, it was somewhat difficult to access the property but once we contacted the phone number at the gate it was a super easy process. Our hostess was very flexible, accommodating and made the process of checking in extremely easy for us. The property was beautiful the views were amazing and it was extremely clean. Places to eat and shop were at a far walking distance but if you like exploring you’ll enjoy the journey. Uber eats is also available and has decent choices."

"A lovely quiet and very spacious room at the back of the premises. Very relaxing to stay in. Close to a supermarket and easy walking distance to the train station. Also easy location for getting around Monaco (providing you are fit, the stairs are a killer)."

"An absolutely amazing property with a billion dollar marina view. We spent 3 nights at the place and we had a great stay. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. "Check in was a bit difficult as it was on Sunday, no one there and needed a code that wasn’t working. But the nice guy at the snack bar got it figured out for me and I was able to sit by the pool while waiting. The views from the sea view rooms are unbelievable and the pool is fantastic! I highly recommend the stay, just make sure to get checkin instructions. Beautiful place! "
