"This is a beautiful resort with excellent customer service. The grounds are immaculate, and our room was lovely. We were upgraded to an ocean view, which was amazing. We chose to do the bed and breakfast option, for we had to work during the week, and I am glad we did for this isn't really a "drink all day" vibe. "Hotel foyer was attractive & staff welcomed us with refreshments. Room was spacious & had amazing views.. Had dinner in Blue on 17th floor which was delicious & also had stunning views. Breakfast buffet was varied & continuously topped up. We only stayed one night on our way south but hotel is in a gorgeous position & we had a very pleasant stay. Only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 was we had no internet in our room the following morning & had to sit downstairs in foyer to receive a signal."

"Love spacious clean room and bathroom with lovely sea view. Staff all friendly and helpful. We stayed bed & breakfast and the breakfast choice and quality was fantastic. Plenty space around the pool and the entertainment team were good fun. Cant wait to go back 😎"

"Although not particularly fancy, the hotel is quite nice but most importantly, the staff is very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my 5 night solo stay very much as Famara beach is only 15 mins drive, if you’re into surfing."
