"There are flies everywhere in the kitchen, which is absolutely unacceptable. The air conditioning is on a timer, so in the middle of the night you end up overheating โ especially if you like sleeping under blankets. For some reason, they think itโs fine to turn off the AC in guest rooms, yet the lobby AC stays on for them 24/7. How rude and inconsiderate โ it feels like they care only about their own comfort, not their guestsโ. Who puts air conditioning on a timer in a hot country like Laos?

"Spotlessly clean rooms, all very comfortable, with everything we needed.
Staff were friendly and helpful, even suggested they had a quieter room for us, at the back, even though we hadn't complained! Thank you for that!

"Went to stay at Mad Monkey for 3 days in the shared dorm for the doublebed room for couples. It was some lovely people and very helpful staf. It has happy hour for 4 hours a day, you get a free drink when arriving and they have aircon in the rooms. The rooms are still warm but feel quite private.
We enojyed the pool area, especially at night where you could look at the stars and swim around before going to bed.
Bathrooms and showers are shared and looks nice. Could be a bit cleaner for our...
