"Breakfast was decent but limited. Layout of the building was strange as guest windows looked directly out into a hallway, which in turn looks out into a very busy road; for privacy reasons the curtain had to remain closed for the entire stay, making the room dark. Rooms were clean, as were shared spaces. Proximity to metro station was convenient, though the location is not the most pleasant at night."

"Breakfast was good. Staff was good. Did not use the hot tub. The beds were not comfortable at all. The was no place to get a snack or even green tea. For the kind of price they charge, you would expect these basics items. The number one improvement that is needed is the beds."

"The room was very clean, the stuffs was kind the breakfast was good."

"Very dirty place. My bed had a bunch of long hair. In the dresser someone left their socks no one bothered to remove. Shower drain was clogged I had to stand in a pool of gross water. Big cracks under the door you will hear everything all night as people walking by, slamming doors… room has no air conditioning therefore it was very hot. The manager of the hotel was very nice but managing cleanliness is a huge flaw."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. We are on the second floor facing the pool and river-it had great views, and it was nice watching the wildlife in the trees. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning unit worked really well and we were able to get it very cold for a good sleep. The bathroom was spacious with a nice Jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was good as well. The only cons were the room was a little tight and there was only one seat to sit in and no desk or table....

"They threw out my prescription glasses and didn’t apologize. I had called to confirm they found them and they stated they would hold onto them. They did not and did not apologize either."

"Room was clean, modern, with a lot of stuff in the mini bar, including snacks and more. The restaurant was OK, breakfast was really good. Location is not the best in a way that it is in the middle of an industrial area, and you need a car to go anywhere. Hi way is next to it, and there is a Tim Hortons next door. Would I come back? Yes."

"It's proximity to the airport makes it easy to do day trips East and west. The restaurant provides excellently prepared and served food selections. The pool facilities are a bonus to relax and enjoy some exercise."
