"We checked into this hotel just long enough to see the state of the room and promptly returned keys to the front desk and left. You could not have paid me to stay the night here. Absolutely every surface was dirty and in disrepair. They seemed extremely understaffed and their staff didn’t seem to be trained in even the basics of checking in or out. We noted mold, strong cigarette odors, broken electrical fixtures and spiders in the room and the bed didn’t look to be clean or made properly with the bedding just kinda thrown into place."

"The best Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at. The property is brand new with a lot of modern updates, and the staff were all really friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. "

"Didn’t like anything about the place. Don’t feel Expedia has an accurate/fair assessment of the site. Beds looked like they were made up by a 3 year old-blanket/sheets dragging on the floor. No refrigerator or microwave in room and staff looked like they came from a half way house. Overall the place inside and out looked more like a meth/flop house. A/C smelled like old stale cigarette smoke. Unkept and dirty. Decided not to worry about losing the money we lost on room."
