Spotless and equipped with all amenities, and what truly made this place special was the hostess! She is the nicest person, so caring, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in her guests. Ursula went above and beyond in every way and made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. This place is truly a jam! Highly recommended."

"Hotel Smeraldo is a hidden gem in a perfect Location to all the major sites. Restaurants we’re just steps away from hotel. All the staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to assist you. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Rome to stay there. Another huge plus is the rooftop bar and restaurant. Very quaint and inviting."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is small, just a handful of rooms. It was very clean & the bed very comfortable & with efficient air con. I was lucky enough to have a room overlooking the ruins of Largo Argentina - ruins of ancient temple (& a cat sanctuary).
