"Al llegar al hotel fue difícil ubicarlo, hay un pequeño letrero al ingreso de un edificio, faltó buena señalización para ingresar al lobby que está en el edificio del fondo. La habitación que elegí, no está en el hotel principal está a 100 metros afuera de la propiedad, para ir a desayunar había que estar recorriendo. Mala experiencia. Si me hubieran precisado que la habitación no está en el mismo lugar no la hubiera contratado."

"Clean and well maintained hotel. The staff do not seem to care about the guests here. I was watching TV with other guests in the hotel lobby. A staff member approached us and asked us to turn down the volume which I thought was strange as we had been watching TV for an hour or so while having cocktails from the bar. The staff member told us that the TV volume was disrupting other guests who were trying to work. Then the staff member had a loud internal staff meeting right next to us in the lobby...

"Everyone at the hotel was super helpful and gave great recommendations. They found us a golf cart for a tour at 10:30 at night, which was a last minute request. They were friendly and spoke English. They got us taxis quickly too. The breakfast was amazing with an huge variety! Everything was clean, and maid service was outstanding! We would definitely recommend this hotel."
