"Mold in shower dirty refrigerator and floors no connection with staff i guess I'm used to streamside at fall River rd much better ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ place so I guess I'm a bit spoiled by them"

"We stayed here for two nights while visiting Rocky Mountain National park. The property is very convenient to the park. I wouldn’t call this a resort but more a collection of cabins. The surrounding yard is fairly rough and cabins are older but well maintained inside.
Nice to have a hot tub in the unit but it does make it a bit humid and warm. There was a in window air conditioner that kept temperature in line. Bed was hard as were the pillows. Small kitchen with only a few plates and...

"The property is in an excellent location near the town and also near the national park but also located right on the Big Thompson river b. We really enjoyed all the outdoor space. The cabin was nice, plenty of space, comfortable. There is a bit of maintenance needed to windows, lights and shower fixture and perhaps some better pots and pans for cooking that are safer for use. We managed very well and enjoyed the property."

"WHAT?!? Just go...you will be telling everyone you know to do the same. I am. No review needed; other than to advise you to experience it for yourself. BTY...I am on disability, and can only walk with a cane...and I was knee high in the river which I got to without assistance!"

"Cozy cabin with a beautiful view. All amenities included. We enjoyed using the grill, fire pit and hot tub. We were disappointed the fireplace inside was out of commission and the bed was very uncomfortable. But the staff let us do early check in. They were very helpful and communicative. We enjoyed our stay. "
