"Staff friendly and informative. Meal offer that was emailed to me, the staff were unaware of, so we had a problem with the bill. Room was nice but furniture damaged and sink chipped. "Room was clean. Vews out of the window were poor our view was a concrete roof over a carpark. Landscaping would greatly improve this. Expensive room for such a poor view. Otherwise staff were lovely all very helpful. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. Again overpriced."
