The water park wasn't ice bonus because if you choose to stay there you can go because it is included with the price and just to mention so is the breakfast"

"Don’t bother booking at Grand Park Royal unless you’re staying in the New Tower. My Son’s experience in the Old Tower was absolutely terrible. The room had significant mold issues, including mold around the air conditioning unit and even inside the curtains. The outdated A/C system appeared to create constant condensation, which seemed to circulate mold throughout the room. We reported the problem to several staff members. Rather than moving us to another room, maintenance simply started...

Lo malo que en la cama encontré cabellos de dama largo, imposibles míos porque tengo cabello corto. Pero en general bien, su desayuno incluido con bistec y chilaquiles y fruta."

"I’ve stayed at the Sheraton many times! They always have something going on by the pool or special dinners or sometimes fireworks! You will always see someone tending to the plants, which are gorgeous. Room service is 24hrs, gym is 24hrs, pool closes a little early but within walking distance of the night life. And close to Pepe’s tacos which is a favorite in PV. Inclusive is definitely worth it!"

"This was our first visit, was for a 4 day long weekend. Our room was upgraded and we had a full kitchen! Room was amazing! Our balcony faced the beach so we had beautiful sunsets! Roof top pool is amazing! Excellent snack bar/bar. Breakfast….not continental but full menu! Amazing! Everything was delicious! Room service….excellent, fast and delicious too! Cant say enough about the staff….beyond friendly and helpful! Overall excellent hotel and only 10 min to downtown and 12 min to airport."
