"The staff were 100% lovely, helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was fixed immediately. The hostel is kept super clean throughout. Guests were truly international and there was a great friendly vibe. Kitchens and seating on ground floor and roof, from where you can see the ocean nearby. Free drinking-quality water, first time I've seen this in many trips to the Canaries. Good wifi. Main showers and basins in safe-feeling unisex area on middle floor. Clean and warm IKEA bedding. "The hostel was clean and quiet. I stayed in a dorm with 8 beds, which were very comfortable. Adequate shower and toilet facilities, and although i didn't use it, a nice kitchen. Located close to a number of good bars and cafes, and an easy walk to either the town centre or beaches. Staff and other guests all very polite and friendly. "
