"Bathroom maintenance was bad. Had to reconnect poorly repaired flapper chain (McGivered previously with a paper clip as a connector) as well as reseat the flapper to stop water being wasted. Shower head also way past time to replace.
Smoke detector went off when heat was turned on.
Got double billing after paying via Expedia. Corrected by staff but extra effort needed by me."

"They said they had breakfast no breakfast. They said they had coffee in the room no coffee, no hairdryer in the room. The bed was lumpy and awful. Will never stay there again. Wasn’t the cleanest either had a foul order. If I hadn’t already prepaid, I would demand my money back, but it said no money back. "
