"Staff could have offered to sign us up for perks or meal choices or given us any information at all. Like .. how to use the elevator to get to your room. (Tap your room key or it won’t accept your floor selection) basic information. Instead we got the give us your credit card so if you touch anything in the mini bar we can charge you 17$ for a candy bar. "
