Overall it was a great experience. When we went to check in the kiosk said that our room wasn't available, even though it was 10pm. Thankfully one of the customer service agents was available quickly to help get us into our room.

Everything was good. The room had no view, but I guess that was expected. My only complaint was the valet parking. I had a stock truck, but apparently it wouldn't fit in the garage, so I had to go park at Harrah's valet and walk back to LINQ. Harrah's said it wouldn't fit in their garage and I had to pay an extra $30 cash to park it outside, in addition to the $40 per day plus tip to park it. This is a stock truck, no lifted. In the end, it was inconvenient and a little sketchy. If I had flown and taken a taxi this would not have been an issue. Other than that, the hotel and promenade were excellent and I would stay again.
