"I was impressed by this beautiful, brand-new hotel located on the south of the island. The location couldn’t be better — just a short bus ride to Carlisle Bay, close to some great restaurants, and within walking distance of Rockley Beach. The atmosphere of the hotel is modern and elegant, but what truly sets it apart is the team. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond — special thanks to Mario, Kenny, Remario, Troy, Safiyah (the wonderful floor manager), and Chef Andy. Their friendliness and attention to detail made my stay feel personal and welcoming. The food here is very good and I particularly loved the poolside restaurant with its pink motif — a beautiful touch right down to the design of the glassware. The "just in time" cocktails were another highlight. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of variety, from the omelette station to the bakery section, though I do wish there were an option to book breakfast for one person. Both the ground-floor and rooftop pools are gorgeous, offering spectacular views, especially during sunset. They’re the perfect spots to unwind after a day exploring the island. The hospitality I experienced here truly made my trip memorable. My only recommendation would be to improve the check-in process — relying less on self check-in and introducing a more streamlined reception experience would make arrivals smoother, especially during busy times. I hope I get to return one day. "

"The beach area and the pool was really nice. The dining had a limited menu, several buffets offered which I’m not fond of. The rooms were a good size, just ordinary but nice views of pool/ beach. The front desk, and door persons were very nice and extremely helpful in getting transportation etc. Close to ships and across the street shops and market. "

"Location is perfect. Beach is pristine. Staff are super friendly. Food is a bit basic but we did have some good meals and breakfast was always good. "

"Not worth the money. This hotel gets very little maintenance from what we observed. A few things didn't work like the sidewalk lights leading to the Castle view restaurant. You walk at night in pitch dark. You need to use the flashlight on your phone to ensure you don't trip, it's so dark. According to staff, lights have not been working for months. For wine they show 4 different kinds of wine available in both red and white but they only keep 2 of each on stock and not even the ones listed on their menu. Floors are cleaned daily but walls are another thing. It seems to have been a long time since they were cleaned. Pools and food were good. apart from that, not recommended. "

"The hotel is old and beat up. Not so clean. They are renovating it slowly but it was one of the worst hotels I stayed in in a very long time. And I travel non-stop. Super overpriced for what it is. Only nice thing was the view and the beach. Great spot. Beautiful water and sand. They must renovate this place. "
