"Overall incredible city and hotel!!!"

"Great stay, nice staff, perfect location."

"Loved everything, the staff was very friendly and there was tons of storage space. Definitely great for a weekend or longer."

"Location was good to get out and explore the beautiful river walkways very near by. Pillows were very uncomfortable and bed was to hard for my liking but not horrible! Price and cleanliness was very good. Needs a shelf in shower for toiletries. Outside voices carry as if they’re in the room with you. There’s not much of a sound barrier between the room and the outside. That being said, it is a fairly quiet area and there’s not a lot of foot traffic or vehicle traffic in the evening or night."

"Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Excellent food. Ideally situated midway between the Old Town square and Wawel castle. Free air-con. Been to Krakow 3 times now and stayed in this hotel each time."
