The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card. "It was a decent stay: hot water, clean rooms, right next to the market, and easy to catch a cab. We heard the area was a bit dangerous, but we didn't have any issues, and the hotel is locked up at night. The only issue is you have to ring the doorbell to be let in, and you can hear the buzz all throughout the hotel, so we were woken up multiple times."
