"This hotel has superb facilities, spa, pools, party/meeting rooms.What is deficient, is the information available to guests. The room we were in had no hotel directory, printed or on TV. The restaurant is not well advertised, the menu is not available in the rooms. Same for the room service menus for the restaurant or the bar. Could also use the Express checkout system."
"Soggiorno breve ma piacevole, struttura poco distante dal mare, camere della giusta dimensione, con tutti i comfort, letto comodo cuscini anche ( sarebbero stati graditi graditi altri cuscini) tutto nella camera è funzionante dall'acqua calda alla TV all'aria condizionata. Le bémol c'est que tout les matins vous êtes réveillé entre 5 et 6 heures à cause des pigeons qui se posent sur les rebords des fenêtres et roucoule de plus je ne sais pas si c'était un voisin ou un vacancier mais son chien n'arrêtait pas d'aboyer alors le calme et la détente n'a pas été au rendez-vous, j'ai même abréger mon séjour de trois jours

The hotel had beautiful grounds and a nice swimming pool.
The room was nice and clean, but simple.
We atedinner and it was delicious, as was the morning breakfast.
All in all a great stay and we would do it again. If you are going to see the Temples, it is worth a stay. "

We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). The air-conditioning in the room was not very strong and very noisy, but otherwise very nice room. "
"This hotel is not even close rating 4 stars. It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them!
In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. It was always warm in the room. After the second morning...
