"Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland."

We had to call the hotel, and the staff had to come out to let us into another parking lot by removing a pillar on the driveway. "Don't look at the pictures online and think "that doesn't look so bad". It's awful. They put a piece of tape on your key card and write your room number on it. There's people living in this place that shouldn't be. No amenities. Parking is $20. They don't tell you that. I moved rooms 3 TIMES because the tv's didn't work. "The clerk was rude, he didn't want to give us the wifi password even though we are paying customers. He said it was company policy not to give it to guess. No hot water to shower with. It was extremely noisy from guess up stairs from us and company didn't do anything to quite it down. we never got our microwave or refrigerator, all in all it was the worst stay we ever experienced. We will never book a stay there again and highly recommend that no one ever go there"
