"Room was perfect and clean. Cleaning staff for our room was extremely pleasant and friendly both days and asked if we needed anything even when we asked for no service. The continental breakfast was great and enough selection to please. Coffee was perfect. The kitchen clean up crew was extremely loud while resorting dishes when it came to bring back the dirty dishes from the carts especially because the carts were right beside us. A little more courtesy would have been appreciated and perhaps the carts could have been simply rolled into the kitchen and then there, re-sort the dishes for cleaning. Front desk person was not knowledgeable about Tremblant Village at all. She had no idea what time the shoppes or restaurants stayed open in the evening and basically said, “you’ll need to speak to the people who run those places”. She is the gateway to Tremblant and didn’t know the answers to the simplest questions of any new traveller to Tremblant. Excellent client service begins by knowing about the tourist area she’s actually representing on behalf of the hotel."
