"Beautiful room and very lovely staff"

"Very nice hotel, comfortable room but some areas looking like they could use a bit of a spruce up. Restaurant very good which is a bonus because not a great deal of options nearby. Would recommend"

"We arrived late in the evening and were offered a family room within the hotel paying a little extra. It was worthy as we where closed to the reception area and the restaurant where breakfast was served. We had a comfortable double bed and our son used the sofa bed which was good too. Bathroom was nice with a shower, no bath. Towels were changed mostly daily. The breakfast was really nice,plenty of variety and great coffee. The staff was helpful and friendly. "The day of checkout we had a tour, so we had the hotel store our luggage. When we came back we twice asked for our luggage but the man at the desk ignored our request. When the taxi came he had us come into the room to identify our luggage and that he would put it into the taxi. We were in a hurry and did not notice at the time that there was a suitcase missing from where our luggage was stored. He put the luggage into the taxi as we were in the car so we didn’t count the pieces at the time....

"Lovely staff; and good value.... not that far from local train station and obviously a favourite stop off for tour organisers re Vesuvius, Herculaneum and Pompeii... still a bit of a trek from Naples - watch the white taxi firms - though things will likely noticeably improve further once the new metro stop at the airport opens in late 26/ early 27. End of season and suspect that renovations will follow when closed for the winter (looks OK bit does need some TLC after the summer - we visited in...

"The staff are wonderful people, always eager to help and never come short of making sure you are looked after. The breakfast was superb, and the room are cleaned in a blink of an eye, spotless. They need screen for the balcony doors as house flies were all over the place, it's a plague I must say all over the place but manageable though. Screen doors will go a long way in"

"We had read so many wonderful reviews about this hotel and they were not wrong. From the moment you walked in the hotel staff were very helpful and continued to be for the week that we were there. The courtesy bus was great, took us to the station and from there we had our trips to Sorrento, Amalfi and Napoli. "The breakfast was good and in a very lovely room overlooking the Pompeii ruins. The location was very close to the archaeological park entrance. Our room had a fantastic view over the ruins. We were very disappointed that there was no coffee machine in the room and they didn’t even provide Nescafé instant coffee. The closest market was about a twenty minute walk away."
