"Had a fantastic stay at Punthill Sunshine. The room was huge and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The kitchen was well-furnished, which was a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated the complimentary still and sparkling water. Highly recommend!"

"You need to know that for late night check ins you must go in through the pub. It's a little worn out but not the end of the world. Shower tap handles fall off. The sofa bed mattress is in terrible condition. Everything else is fine for a budget. Air con worked, not too noisy, large enough. "

We stayed there for 5 nights I believe and it was a very busy weekend in Melbourne with the Formula 1 Grand Prix and labour day on Monday which meant the Moomba festival was also on that weekend. The chalet is situated in a campsite. Transport to go to the city was easy enough with a bus just outside the campsite entrance. The chalet was very small but I knew that when I booked it.
