"I didn't feel good about this property. There was a car in the parking lot that was full trash bags . I tried to contact Hotel.com to tell them about my concerns and didn't get any help. The AI CHAT was not helpful and I couldn't get a number for support. So I made a reservation form Holiday Inn. Belmont. I wish there was someone to talk to about my concerns."

"It was kind of noisy the weekend we were staying. There was a crew of construction workers outside and in the hotel who where loud. The room was kind of small, but adequate. Breakfast was okay."

"Unsafe for single women. Property, stairways and hallway carpets are very dirty and smell horrible. Room furniture is very outdated and falling apart. Bathroom fixtures broken, paint peeling, lots of holes, the only saving grace of this place is beds were comfortable, linens were soft. And the manager was great. Other front desk staff were terrible, scary and too inappropriate to female guests. Door key cards constantly locked and couldn’t get in room. Had to take multiple trips to front desk to get fixed. Room door broken and didn’t shut correctly. Had random charges from hotel no one could explain. But manager eventually fixed it. The smell of weed was strong everywhere. Cops were there often, Do not recommend"
