Price was great, location worked well for us. The bed was not super comfortable and continental breakfast was unavailable due to renovation in progress. Overall a good stay and was good for the price paid.

The rooms are clean. The staff is helpful when necessary, other than that they give you your privacy and space. It's very convenient having a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. I traveled with my elderly mother and small child and they loved it.

Staff was kind, helpful, and quick. Room was excellent. Super clean everything that I needed. Only issue was it advertised a continental breakfast and they did not have it. For the price and cleanliness forgiven.

They love animals. Staff is always a call away. You are unbothered unless you need something. I love the fact they have a full refrigerator and stove and microwave in every room.

Hotel was very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. My only complaint is they need new mattresses. It was ok, but a little on the saggy side.

All staff were beyond welcoming and hospitable. Rooms were roomy with well-running A/C. Breakfast was light (oatmeal, coffee, pre-packaged snacks), but did the trick. Would stay again.

My travel plans changed I tried to cut my 4 day stay by one day and get refunded. I gave more than 24 hours and didnt even stay Sunday night and wanted to get refunded just for Monday but that di8dnt happen. Its expected once they have youre money you wont get it back. Thats okay because they also wont get my money again. It is a nice hotel and the staff is very polite. I am just thinking that after being a regular customer for a long time they would have been more accomadating.

It wasn’t a bad place to stay at and the staff was nice, the only complaint we have is our room smelled so bad to the point we were getting sick. It was literally like there was something in the ac unit dead or the carpet was just that dirty. We tried odor eliminator and air freshener and nothing helped. Ours did have a kitchenette which was nice but the stove was nasty. All the drawers in the kitchen, bathroom, and room haven’t been cleaned and you could tell.
