"We came here for our honeymoon. This resort is beautiful, calm, and so serene. We had the opportunity of staying in the Garden Suite and the Oceanview Villa. Each room and the villas are very spacious, clean, and well maintained. We loved how this resort has their own app and you can communicate with the front desk, house keeping, and the restaurants through the app via text! This property is huge and has buggies available to drive you from your room to the free breakfast buffet and around the property. The staff here are so kind and welcoming. They are a very attentive to your needs and an ensure that you have a comfortable stay. You wanted to give a big shout out to Sol (Manager) who helped us with our upgrade from the Garden Suite to the Villa. He even offered us to show the villa to us before we decided to upgrade. A few other shout outs, to other staff at the breakfast buffet- Manny, Honey, Mr.A! They always remembered our coffee and breakfast choices in the morning. They all were so vibrant and uplifting! Special thank you to Manny for going above and beyond, his kindness will be remembered! Lastly, the amazing conceirge staff. They are all so kind! Wut, he always checked in with us during his evening shift and gave great advice on places to visit. Thank you to Pavillions for making our honeymoon so memorable! We absolutely loved it and did not want to leave!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Villoft Zen Living! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and a great place for our family to relax during our time in Phuket. We especially loved the private, relaxing atmosphere and having a comfortable space to come back to after exploring all day. The staff were kind and helpful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, all the staff were very helpful. The room we booked ended up having an ocean view, even though we only booked a deluxe king which was an added bonus. The welcome drink was also very nice after a long flight. Be prepared to either wait for a buggy to pick you up or walk up a log of hills, as the whole hotel was up and down in the hills. This did not affect us, but may do if you are handicapped. The general location of the hotel is not great if you want to do sightseeing, as we had to get an hour taxi ride to the Buddha, and the Phuket town. We also had to do a long ride to the port for any boat trips which was a bit annoying. It was only 15 minutes from the airport however which was nice and quick. If you want to just relax at a hotel, this would be a great choice. The swimming pool was great, and the gym was empty most of the time. We also appreciated that you could go down to the pool at any point and get a seat as towels are removed if you put them down before 10am, and after 30minutes if you do not return. We did try the Italian restaurant which was nice but has limited vegetarian food. The poolside restaurant was alright but the iced coffee was not nice."

"This hotel was perfect all around & it had everything you needed on site. I spent 6 days there with my toddler & the pool(s) amazing, there’s a convenience store in the hotel, there is a play ground, it was only a 2 min walk to the beach. The stree lt outside o f the hotel also had restaurants, stores, massage parlors, & more! I truly enjoyed my stay here & I would recommend this hotel to anyone!"
