"We stayed here for two nights, the room and bathroom were superb, facilities were excellent and just a short drive to Cognac.
Very quiet at night, we enjoyed a very good nights sleep.
Beautiful surroundings, well worth a visit.
The owners were very helpful and friendly, helping with restaurant bookings and local information.

Nous étions encore en route, et il s'avère que le dernier paragraphe mentionne que la réception ferme à 20h. Ils ne prennent pas la peine d'appeler, et Expedia, où nous avons fait la réservation, ne donne même aucune information. Un endroit très douteux ; mieux vaut éviter cette étape. Au final, cela nous a coûté 148 €, et il s'est avéré qu'il y avait un très bon motel...

"Four nights here - and loved it. It is beautifully quiet, the room was lovely and the pool beautiful with a great view.
Christine (the owner) could not have been more helpful, she was genuinely concerned about making sure everything was OK and you were having a good time - which I was!
Had dinner there on 2 nights, really nice with wonderful view.

"Right across the river from the Musée de la Bande Dessinée! Requires a bit of an uphill hike to get to the center of town but there are also easy nearby bus stops to take you there. Service was fantastic, breakfast was tasty and the hotel is pretty neat. No AC though. "

"Not too bad but the car park is in a poor state and up the street from the hotel entrance .. which is not great when it is raining and you have to drag your luggage along uneven pavements and over bumps and potholes all while getting soaking wet."
