"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war ganz gut. Im Gro ßen und Ganzen war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Allerdings sollten folgende Punkte beachtet werden:
Es wurde nirgends erwähnt, dass wir ein Verbindungszimmer (hearing) kriegen werden. Leider war hier auch kein Wechsel möglich. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung ist nicht inklusive - erst ab 1 Woche Aufenthalt. Die Parkplätze in der Garage kosten am Ende wesentlich mehr als angegeben, da die Steuer noch draufgesetzt wird."

"Struttura molto pulita con camere confortevoli e ben arredate. La posizione è eccellente: situato praticamente nel centro di Nizza, sulla via pedonale Rue de Massena, perfetta per passeggiare tra negozi, ristoranti e raggiungere facilmente il mare e le principali attrazioni della città. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima scelta per un soggiorno piacevole e comodo."

"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. Complementary croissants were hung on your door every morning which was a nice touch. The owner and receptionist were both welcoming and lovely to...
