"We were a family of 4 staying at this hotel and were assigned room 216 which had an extremely small space with two twin beds. In the upstairs or loft section of the room there was a queen bed. The loft area had a bit more space but it was challenging to carry suitcases up 20 steep stairs. We would have managed though this but the worst part of our stay was that it was unbearably hot in the bedroom - especially in the loft part of the room. "First of all the hotel should provide a "hotel-run" shuttle dedicated to guests from the parking lot directly to the Mont's entrance. Even with minimal luggage, it was incredibly inconvenient to walk from the bus drop-off to the Gate and then on the cobblestone street up to the hotel !! Secondly, to access our reserved room, we had to go through a maze of stairs, outside on the rampart, through some room being repaired & then again down some more stairs.... For a so-called "high-class" hotel,...
