"Overall a good stay at the Relais. We chose this hotel because we wanted to view Mont Saint Michel from our room. The view did not disappoint. The hotel does seem dated but we were told they were in the middle of renovations. We also arrived an hour early and they did not allow us to check in early. ..."

Visit the Mount early morning - it was heaving by 11am Stunningly beautiful and worth it. Note -hotels need to give you a passcode to the barrier so you can access the hotel . Don’t assume you park in the main park and ride car park
