"First stay was ok however staff seem too busy and are not attentive.Attend to you when they can. Ask to change second stay date and they refused. Too busy for the effort."

"The location is perfect, on the main road of the Island. Getting there was easy, we follow the recommendation to just take a backpack, parking was safe, and trolley fast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, beds confortable. We stayed with our two teenagers, and they had their own loft upstairs. Breakfast has variety of options, perfect fuel for out drive back."

"While our triple room in the Red House was comfortable, I don't think the higher prices of La Mère Poulard warrants a return for me. Although breakfast was included, it does NOT include the famous omelets of the restaurant. In fact, even though we arrived well before closing time, many breakfast items were already finished, and the service suffered from being understaffed (as seems to be the problem in all of Mont St. Michel).
