"La chambre n'était pas conforme aux photos.
La moquette était abîmée avec un paillasson près du chevet pour cacher le trou dans cette dernière.
La chambre sentait très mauvais (l'humidité et le renfermé), problème visiblement connu car tenté d'être atténué avec un spray de toilette se déclenchant toutes les heures.
Le buffet n'était pas "fameux" mais la vue sur la forêt enneigée était très sympathique.
Pour terminer, le sauna était hors service.
Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel."

"We were really positively surprised with the hotel. We booked it randomly shortly before our stay and the price was quite reasonable for us (family of 5). We didn't expect much since we simply needed a base near Colmar. Quite family friendly, perfectly located (15 min by bike to Colmar), but nicely isolated from the tourist crowds. Perfect place to stay with family and to explore surroundings."

"Chambre propre,lit refait pendant notre séjour et serviettes changées.
Petit déjeuner à volonté, produits frais.
Par contre, attente de 20 minutes pour pouvoir déjeuner, salle beaucoup trop petite, file d'attente dans le couloir!
Quand enfin nous avons pû nous assoire pour petit déjeuner, il a fallut nous dépècher car les autres clients nous regardaient, impatients,c'était désagréable!!
Mauvais souvenir!!"

"Acceuil chaleureux par tout le personnel ,l'hotel ainsi que les chambres sont tres propres .le petit dejeuner est le restaurant sont tres bien.
L'hotel est bien situé pour visiter les marchés de noel alsacien. C'est un tres bon rapport qualité prix.le petit plus :le plan des marchés de noel a visiter fournis a notre arrivée.
Seul bémol l'insonorisation des chambres et il faudrait un mitigeur dans la douche."
