"The sheets on the bed were stained. The bathroom was absolutely filthy, the toilet was dirty and there were hairs all over in the bathroom. I expected the property to be older but did not expect the room to be discusting."

Let them know what was wrong with the room so they could pass the information along to get fixed.Clean rooms, ice machine didn't work, shower diverter was messed up and leaking sink pipe, still useable. Overall it was fine, only an overnight stay to later continue on our trip."

"The staff was very unhelpful even with simple questions. The room was dingy. The common area was not well kept or cleaned. The lobby bathroom was broken, there were boxes of air conditioners (I think) for the rooms stacked all around and outside trash was overflowing the whole time we stayed. The room was poorly stocked and not restocked during our 2 day stay. The breakfast was very limited to highly processed carbs. There was no fruit or protein or fresh options. "
