We stayed in the Suite of the Residence de Ducs, a few minutes walk from the main hotel. It was comfortable, spacious and had a view across the rooftops to the Palais, just a stroll away. Good for a one night stop enroute to other places in France. The earlier you go for breakfast then better. Rooms are adequate, they look newly refurbished (or the hotel is new). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would use again for an overnight stop
