Had to phone to find out where to pick up keys. A place that closed soon after I got there. Would have been good to have been sent that information first, especially as the place to pick them up closes at 11pm. Apart from that the place was great and would stay there again."

"We had a wonderful stay at the White Swan Boutique Apartments in Prague. The location is fantastic—central and convenient for exploring the city. The host was exceptionally helpful. When there was a small mix-up with the apartment, they handled it promptly and professionally, going above and beyond to make things right. The apartment itself was clean, nice and spacious and overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return."

We were close to castles, food markets, outstanding dining accommodations, entertainment, museums, many different modes of transportation, and an awesome apartment Manager! His name is Mike, and he super friendly and accommodating! He always greeted us with a smile and kind words❤️ By the way, choosing the family unit had many beds with a total of 2 kitchens and 2 baths! "
