"The front desk staff was Kurt courteous enough to put the phone call on hold while he was speaking to the customer right in front of him. I thought that was great man. The woman on the ninth floor who was cleaning the rooms in the morning read dust first thing in the morning it was very pleasant and kind. The hotel was walking distance to root steakhouse which was fantastic, we eat at the committed pig for brunch the next day also amazing smash burgers and great food. Overall a very nice day hotel was clean staff was courteous and the location was perfect."

"I liked everything about the property and the professionalism of the staff and how prompt they were with correcting the issue I had with the room I was given, because the bed wasn’t made up, but they took care of it quickly and I appreciated that. What I didn’t like is that the room didn’t have a microwave and it was an inconvenience to leave the room carrying food to go downstairs to warm it up and to carry it back upstairs to the room."
