"Everything was great"

"This property needs attention to cleanliness. There was fecal matter on the outside of the toilet bowl and toilet paper roll. There was broken amenities and hardware in the bathroom. Having to physically keep the toilet seat up while in use. We purchased room spray and Lysol to cover up the bathroom smells. The Front Desk was willing to adjust the rate, however we booked through this app so he couldn’t help with that. We made them aware of all of our concerns. "

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast every morning was generous and well prepared. Ample parking. Easy access. "

"Room was nice and clean. Hard to sleep because the A/C unit is very noisy, and the pillows are WAY too soft. I need a pillow that's at least a little bit firm. Ate dinner at the Bistro both nights. First night was fine. Second night was terrible because there was an event going on, so the menu was severely restricted. WHY? Also, dozens of guests at the Bistro and bar, but only TWO servers. So the wait for food or drinks became ridiculous. For a hotel with the words "Conference Center" in their name, they did a terrible job handling their business."

"Great hotel, this was our third time staying here for the Austin rodeo. Clean, convenient, courteous staff, a/c was excellent ! No big wow factors but it is always a solid hotel with no issues. "

"The staff was awesome at the Bastrop Quality Inn. The check in was easy and efficient. I made a last minute reservation at this Quality Inn because of unforseen circumstances at my prior accommodation. I needed a place to do some office work (I'm the Accountant and I needed to do payroll and tax deposits for the previous payroll). The staff at this Quality Inn allowed me a late checkout so I could get the work done. I'm very grateful for this hotel and it's staff!"
