We booked for three nights and mostly used the room to sleep as we had daytime events to attend. I captured a few insects on the floors. "Very Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable and unacceptable. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, especially when paying for accommodation.The customer service was also extremely poor. The owner/manager was rude, unprofessional, and did not handle the situation appropriately. I expected better communication and a more respectful attitude toward customers."
