"This hotel is not what is shown in the pictures. It was evident when I pulled in with my family that the hotel was not clean nor safe due to multiple reasons. We asked for a refund due to the reasons and they refused to refund us. Stay away from this hotel and find some where else even if it cost more money"

"Room and general areas clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was room was a little cramped - one of the beds (two queens) was about 8 inches from the wall, making it difficult to get into that side of the bed."

"Check in was quick and easy. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Had lunch in the restaurant and service and food was great. Room was clean comfortable and quiet. Only issue we had was the card reader going in and out of the parking garage. Didn’t like my cards. Tried reprogramming them a couple of times but they just didn’t work. Staff was accommodating getting us in and out. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area."

"Room was clean. The bathtub appeared to be newer, but there wasn't a rubber mat, nor anything stuck to the bottom of the tub to keep people from slipping, sliding and falling. I fell once while trying to bend over to get the soap for washing and then again while I was hanging onto the handicap bar and trying to turn around to get rinsed off. We put a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping. I informed the front desk when I checked out."

"The room was small but comfortable. The bed was too soft, but that's just me. I prefer a much firmer than average mattress. Having the diner right on site was great. The service was awesome & the breakfast delicious. I'd have no problem staying here again, or even just coming to eat."

"Just pretty ‘down’ - entrance area smelled, the breakfast was awful (I turned on my heals and went to BUY coffee), they gave away my friend’s room and made up a bunch of excuses. I don’t think there was even an elevator? The sheets were a weird fabric… perhaps some unhomed people Living there? No chance I will make this mistake again."

"The A/C in the room didn't worked and the fan from A/C was making horrible sound. The shower in the bathroom was horrible. The water doesn't even come as shower but as just a thin stream of water coming from a spigot. It's not even worth taking shower in that bathroom.... simple terrible..."

"Excellent location with lots of easy free parking. Chef made us a delicious, large portion, plated breakfast each morning. She was extremely helpful answering questions about the property, surrounding sites and places to dine for dinner. Bonus- "The Barn" is located right next to the Inn and had live entertainment both nights we stayed. I highly recommend this Inn if looking to stay in Harper's Ferry!!"
