"The moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Aulani app was useful for events at the resort, such as times to see characters-Stitch, Moana, etc. It was easy purchasing items with the room key card. The food at the resort is expensive. Luckily across the street (6 minutes walking distance) there’s a store behind the Starbucks that sell cheaper meals, snacks, etc."

"Hotel had a bug problem. So it made our stay less enjoyable because we were killed bugs every night unfortunately. But the Staff was incredible and tried to help as much as they could."

Housekeeping on request and forgot to order but room cleaned and towels refreshed regardless. Room beautiful but configuration a bit unusual. Double doors to bathroom a plus. Large large foyer could have been repurposed to square footage as the room configuration was odd. Pool hours should be expanded it is 10 am - 8 pm, should be...

"エクスペディアの写真でイメージしたホテルではなく、小さめのモーテルといった感じです。トランジットの為空港近くで探しました。スタッフは気さくで優しく一晩過ごすには十分。バス停やスカイレールの駅も徒歩1〜2分。シャトルバスサービスも直ぐに対応してくれました。他の口コミにあるようにプールを囲んで部屋がある為、子供の声はうるさいです。エアコンの音や飛行機の騒音もそれなりにうるさいです。神経質な方は気になるかも。私は時差もあってぐっすりでした。トランジットが必要ならまた宿泊させて頂きます。"

"Overall a clean place to stay. Location is so-so. Homeless population is really bad at night. The marina is not clean and has an odor at all times. Valet staff was great and gave us our best recommendations. Workout facilities and pool are small. Pool doesn’t seem set up for casual lounging. Cleaning staff came everyday which was great.
