"Very disgusting place! There was vomit on the walls and blood in the corner on the floor by the toilet. They only change towels and bedding every 3 days unless asked otherwise, which will get you no where. I asked and was met with a “well I can’t promise anything I only have 2 housekeepers.”The staff is extremely rude and inefficient. 0/10 do not recommend spend extra for a better quality of customer service/hospitality. "

"Was unable to contact the front desk to advise of late check in - I was given an email address to contact a manager and I never received a response. When we checked in the front desk stated the phones were out because someone tripped over the wires and they ripped out the wall. Tried for 2 days! I was unhappy and disappointed with everyone passing the buck and was not able to help. "

"The room and staff are just ok however, I was extremely disappointed in not having at least a free continental breakfast! Sure, you can buy breakfast for $15 but considering the price you pay to stay here, that’s ridiculous for a Four Points hotel! I’ve stayed at Four Points before and had a much better experience than this one. I will not stay here again."

"Hot showers!! Love it The parking lot looked sketch but it was quiet so don't let that run you away. Staff was nice and respectful. Our room smelled like cigarettes upon entering but we used spray to get it to go away. "
