"Clean room"

"We were suppose to get a queen bed, got a full size bed. I tried to call the 500# to check out. It was after 10:00 before someone was at the front desk. The smell of pot was strong. "

"This hotel is right on the Riverwalk. The breakfast is excellent with fresh made omelettes available as well as many other choices. The hotel is bright and airy, and the rooms are in great condition. The only complaint that I would have is in the gym and in the access to outdoor space and there’s a small area to sit outside in, but otherwise there’s no place to just sit outside and look at the beautiful view. Unless of course it’s 4 o’clock and the rooftop bar happens to be open, but you can’t bring your family up there. The hotel should provide an outdoor space that is family friendly. A place where you can go and read a book or get some work done if you’re on a business trip, this does not exist in this hotel. In addition, the Peleton bike was not hooked up to the corporate account so it’s kind of worthless unless you have a Peloton membership and the staff had no idea how to deal with it because it’s an outside consultant taking care of it. Otherwise, it’s a great place. The pool is indoor take note. "

"A very convenient location right along the River walk. The property is a little dated but functional, comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The room is spacious and clean. The facilities are well maintained and the staff are helpful. The hotel also locates at a very quiet location so I had a good sleep. The only disappointment is the breakfast doesn’t have much to choose. If I remember correctly it has less items then other Hampton I lived. Overall, a good place to stay for traveling Wilmington and Carolina Beach."
