"I was given an accessible room for some reason. It was ground floor and had to go down a hall where there were sections where the lights did not work. Had to use my phone to use the key. The room was awkward. There was a double bed against one wall and a singe on the other wall. The lights were poorly placed too along with the switches. The shower was a walk in and the wall was covered with mildew in the grout, the floor and the rest was clean. There was not toilet paper holder, just a...
