The Staff were excellent, very helpful and after care service was also ecellent, I did not take my receipt on checkout and emailed the front desk (Maddie) who was very helpful and sent me the reciipt immediately, for some hotels once you have left you are dead to them, but not here, thank you Room ...

The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Old Infirmary
Beautiful details and decoration, very well situated to the town and parking just outside . Realky lovely touches , a small gift bag of Molton Brown essentials which was a lovely suprise ! Super comfy bed and sofa . I look forward to going back!
