Absolut nettes und serviceorientiertes Personal. Leider ist die Lage an einem stark befahrenen Bahnhof warum nachts die Fenster geschlossen bleiben müssen, sonst ist es nicht zu ertragen. Die schallisolierten Fenster machen einen guten Job, jedoch war es uns dann viel zu warm, wenn man es nicht gewöhnt ist. Leider sind die Matratzen zu weich, wie in fast jeder Unterkunft... Leute.... bitte macht eure Betten fester - Niemand möchte in einer Hängematte schlafen!!! Alle Zimmer sind barrierefrei - das ist wirklich top! 👍
