"Staff was very friendly and helpful. I inadvertently left a small item in the room upon departure. Housekeeping discovered it even before I knew of my mistake, the desk called me and kindly arranged to have it sent to me by post. (I paid for postage expenses, of course.) "J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel, le propriétaire ou la personne à l’accueil était très accueillante et à l’écoute des problèmatiques que j’ai pu rencontrer. La chambre était propre et c’est ce qu’on attend d’un hotel donc rien à dire. Situé à proximité d’une boulangerie, parfait pour se restaurer le soir si nous n’avons pas envie de se déplacer. "Absolutely LOVED our stay. Everything was perfect. We even got upgraded! Room was lovely and clean with a pretty view from the 1st floor (2nd floor in North America). Location was excellent. Our favourite staff was Benedict at the front desk- she was so lovely and friendly. She was a joy to see at the reception.
