Limpeza: Deixou muito a desejar, chegamos e tinha cabelo no ralo e na toalha de banho sobre a cama, a limpeza do chão era péssima, cheiro ruim nos quartos, vidros sujos.
Condições: Sem ventilação, a janela da pro corredor, não tinha nenhum local pra pendurar toalhas, nem no banheiro, nem no quarto.
Café da manhã: Fraco, apenas margarina pra passar no pão, pouca variedade.

"Matteus was an excellent concierge for all our tour and transport needs! He is one of two English-speaking persons in Santo Amaro. Surprisingly, most people did not speak Spanish either, so Matteus was especially important (and patient) at all hours for our needs. The hotel is very basic, as are all of the in-town options. "The location of the hotel is excellent, close to restaurants and transportation. 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the city. The breakfast buffet is very good. The hotel provides good services such as trips to the lagoons and transfer to the airport which makes it very convenient. The only negative thing was the room. It is small and it had a window with no view we kept the window closed the whole time because all you can see is a wall."
