"There is no on-site location to check in. You must call the listed phone number to check in. The responding person was helpful and made the process quick and seamless. The room itself was clean and spacious. I have two critiques, though. 1. Temperature control didn’t work, which we discovered when we tried to turn the air conditioning on 2. The curtains are not blackout curtains and let in light. When the sun rises at 5 AM, the room becomes light, too."
